Reachly is an AI-powered cold email personalization platform that provides company research, strategic reasoning, and personalized email drafts on a pay-per-use credit basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credits and Payments

Reachly operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when you use the Service. All purchases are subject to our 14-day refund guarantee as described in our Refund Policy. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

• Violate any applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other anti-spam regulations

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Unused credits are non-refundable upon termination due to a breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law
